Directions to the Banff Centre

Banff can be reached from Calgary International Airport, which is a modern and relatively uncrowded facility handling major airlines from around the world. Banff is 120 km (75 miles) from Calgary airport and can be reached by road in less than 2 hours on a scenic route.

By Shuttle

Taking a shuttle is a convenient option for getting to Banff from Calgary airport. Brewsters Transportation will be providing a 20% discount to PPS-26 attendees when the Promotion code PPS2010 (enter it upon check-out) is used when making the reservation. Their website is www.explorerockies.com (and click on the Aiport Shuttles Tab on top followed by Calgary to Banff and the Rockies) and toll-free line is 1-800-760-6934.

If you are booking on-line, you need to choose the service you want, and then enter the promo code when you "check out" and the 20% discount will be applied. If you are booking over the phone, please advise the agent the promo code. Please note that all scheduled airport shuttles will pick up and drop off at the Banff Centre and any other Banff hotels even if they aren't listed on the schedule (the location can be chosen from a drop down list). It is best if you book the return trip to the Calgary airport at the same time.

Banff Airporter is another company that runs shuttles between Calgary airport and Banff. PPS-26 attendess will receive a 20 % discount if reservation is made at Banff Airporter - PPS-26 link. 24-person shuttle buses operated by Banff Airporter will provide transportation to PPS Attendees in a loop picking up at the Banff hotels that we have recommended (Inns of Banff, Fox Hotel, Ptarmigan Inn, Caribou Lodge) and at the Banff Centre according to the schedule below:
